多维度护理对下肢开放性骨折患者术后负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究多维度护理对下肢开放性骨折患者术后负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法随机选取2023年1—12月内蒙古赤峰市医院骨二科收治的80例行下肢开放骨折手术患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以传统护理,观察组在传统护理基础上予以多维度护理。比较两组负性情绪、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果对照组焦虑评分量表中的状态焦虑评分及特质焦虑评分均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100%(40/40),高于对照组的90.00%(36/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢开放性骨折患者术后恢复进程较慢,采取多维度护理有助于降低患者负性情绪,提高其满意度,且减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional nursing on postoperative negative emotions and nurs⁃ing satisfaction of patients with open lower limb fractures.Methods From January to December 2023,a total of 80 pa⁃tients with open lower limb fracture admitted to the Second Department of Bone Engineering,Chifeng City Hospital of Inner Mongolia were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were di⁃vided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nurs⁃ing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional nursing on the basis of traditional nursing.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The score of state anxiety and the score of trait anxiety in the State-trait Anxiety Inventory in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%(40/40),which was higher than 90.00%(36/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The postop⁃erative recovery process of patients with open fracture of lower extremity is slow,multi-dimensional nursing can help reduce the negative emotions of patients,improve their satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
