摘　　要：目的探讨可视化护理思维导航模式对骨质疏松性骨折手术患者不良情绪及并发症的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年11月南京市江宁医院收治的108例骨质疏松性骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(54例,接受常规护理)和观察组(54例,接受可视化护理思维导航干预)。对比两组不良情绪、术后并发症、生活质量、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者生活质量评分及不良情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);出院前,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为3.70%(2/54),低于对照组的14.81%(8/54),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.967,P=0.046)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视化护理思维导航模式可改善骨质疏松性骨折手术患者不良情绪,降低术后并发症总发生率,提升患者生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of visual nursing thinking navigation mode on adverse emotions and com⁃plications in patients with osteoporotic fracture surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients with osteoporotic fractures ad⁃mitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(54 cases,receiving routine nurs⁃ing)and observation group(54 cases,receiving visual nursing thinking navigation intervention).The adverse emotions,postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life score and bad mood score between patients in two groups(both P>0.05);before discharge,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score of was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.70%(2/54),which was lower than 14.81%(8/54)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.967,P=0.046).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual nursing thinking navigation mode can improve the bad mood of patients with osteoporotic fracture surgery,reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications,im⁃prove the quality of life of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
