前馈控制模式基础下综合护理在宫颈癌根治术后护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的前馈控制模式下综合护理在宫颈癌根治术后护理中的应用效果分析。方法方便选取2021年6月—2023年5月聊城市人民医院收治的102例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在前馈控制模式下行综合护理,比较两组并发症发生情况、排尿舒适度、术后恢复情况和生活质量评分。结果观察组并发症发生率为1.96%(1/51),低于对照组的13.73%(7/51),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.883,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组排尿舒适度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组留置导尿管、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌根治术后护理中,前馈控制模式下实施综合护理能有效降低并发症发生的风险,对患者的生活质量和康复效果均有积极作用。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing under feedforward control mode in nursing after radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Lia⁃ocheng People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing under feedfor⁃ward control mode.The incidence of complications,urination comfort,postoperative recovery and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.96%(1/51),which was lower than 13.73%(7/51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.883,P<0.05).After nursing,the urination comfort score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indwelling catheter and incision healing times in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing after radical resection of cervical cancer,the implementation of comprehensive nursing under feedforward control mode can effectively reduce the risk of com⁃plications,and play a positive role in promoting the quality of life and rehabilitation effect of patients.
