半无菌技术在闭合复位经皮穿针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折中的应用分析

摘  要:肱骨髁上骨折一直是儿童骨科领域发病率高、病例多、研究热门的疾病。需手术治疗的病例通常是在全无菌条件下进行闭合复位经皮穿针。然而,闭合复位经皮穿针手术中应用全无菌技术步骤较多,时间较长。近年来,在闭合复位经皮穿针治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折时应用半无菌技术,成为新的研究热点,研究表明应用该技术具有疗效较好及安全性确切、手术时间短、医疗效率提升等优点,也有适用范围受限等不足。该技术是否优于全无菌技术仍需更多、更大、更深入的研究证实。本文就半无菌技术在闭合复位经皮穿针手术中的应用流程及其临床应用进展作一概述。Supracondylar fractures of the humerus have always been a highly prevalent,well documented and well studied condition in the field of paediatric orthopaedics.Cases that require surgical treatment are usually treated by closed reduction and percutaneous pinning under fully sterile conditions.However,the application of the fully sterile technique in closed reduction and percutaneous pinning procedures has more steps and time consuming.In recent years,in the treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children under closed reduction and percutaneous pinning using semi-sterile technique,which has become new research hotspot.Studies have shown that the applica⁃tion of this technique has advantages in terms of better efficacy,definitive safety,reduced operative time and in⁃creased medical efficiency,but also disadvantages such as a limited scope of application.Whether this technique is superior to the fully sterile technique still needs to be confirmed by more,larger and more in-depth studies.This ar⁃ticle reviews the application process and clinical progress of semi-sterile technique in closed reduction percutaneous pinning surgery.
