摘　　要：反垄断监管作为政府市场监管职能的重要内容,推动反垄断监管数字化转型,有利于市场主体平等竞争,有利于形成公平与效率相互平衡的市场竞争秩序。应当在明确界定和理解反垄断监管数字化转型的内涵与外延的前提下,认识反垄断监管数字化转型是推动实现中国式现代化的内在要求,是实施数字政府法治化建设的核心基础。在转型过程中,反垄断监管还存在技术能力不足、监管理念变革冲突、内控机制建设滞后、协同发展不充分等方面的挑战。应当从完善立法体系、提升数据治理能力、夯实重要基础设施、优化竞争生态等方面加强制度建设与供给,从而更好适应数字经济时代的监管挑战。As an important part of the government's market supervision function,anti-monopoly supervision promotes the digital transformation of anti-monopoly supervision,which is conducive to equal competition among market players and the formation of a market competition order that balances fairness and efficiency.On the premise of clearly defin⁃ing and understanding the connotation and extension of the digital transformation of anti-monopoly supervision,we should recognize that the digital transformation of anti-monopoly supervision is an inherent requirement to promote the realization of Chinese-style modernization,and is the core basis for implementing the construction of digital govern⁃ment under the rule of law.In the process of transformation,there are also challenges in anti-monopoly supervision,such as lack of technical capacity,conflict in regulatory concept reform,lag in the construction of internal control mechanism,and insufficient collaborative development.It is necessary to strengthen institutional construction and sup⁃ply from the aspects of improving the legislative system,enhancing the capacity of data governance,strengthening the construction of relevant institutional important infrastructure,and optimizing the competition ecology,so as to objec⁃tively and rationally promote the digital transformation of antitrust supervision,so as to adapt to the opportunities and challenges of the digital economy era.
