《景岳全书》非风辨治刍议

摘　　要：非风是张景岳提出的一个新的病名,其实质为现代医学中的中风病。从梳理《景岳全书》可知,张景岳对于非风与中风作出了严格的论证与区分,提出了本病的根本原因是内伤积损,从病因病机的角度深入地分析了非风出现的本源,并把扶正作为治疗非风的主要原则。通过阅读《景岳全书》,参阅相关文献,对张景岳论治非风的主要辨证及用药思路进行浅析,旨在为临床上治疗中风及其后遗症提供系统的诊治方法。Feifeng is a new disease name proposed by ZHANG Jingyue,which is essentially stroke in modern medicine.By sorting out Jing Yue Quan Shu(The Complete Works of ZHANG Jingyue),it can be seen that ZHANG Jingyue has made a strict argument and distinction between feifeng and stroke,proposing that the root cause of this disease is internal injury and accumulation.He deeply analyzed the origin of feifeng from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis,and took tonifying healthy qi as the main principle of treating feifeng.Through reading Jing Yue Quan Shu and referring to related literature,the authors conducted a preliminary analysis of ZHANG Jingyue's main syndrome differentiation and medication thinking for treating feifeng,aiming to provide a systematic diagnosis and treatment method for the clinical treatment of stroke and its sequela.
