通窍鼻炎颗粒联合常规西药治疗儿童鼻窦炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通窍鼻炎颗粒联合常规西药治疗儿童鼻窦炎的疗效及对患儿鼻通气功能及鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分的影响。方法:选取106例鼻窦炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各53例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗,共治疗4周。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、鼻通气功能及SNOT-20评分,观察药物不良反应。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为88.68%,高于对照组73.58%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组鼻腔最小横截面积(NMCA)、鼻腔容积(NCV)均较治疗前升高,鼻气道阻力较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且研究组NMCA、NCV高于对照组,鼻气道阻力低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SNOT-20评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组SNOT-20评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合常规西药治疗儿童鼻窦炎疗效明显且未增加药物不良反应风险,能有效改善患儿鼻通气功能及生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tongqiao Biyan Granules combined with routine western medicine on sinusitis in children and its effect on nasal ventilation function and Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-20(SNOT-20)scores in children.Methods:A total of 106 cases of sinusitis children were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the study group received Tongqiao Biyan Granules on the basis of the control group.All treated for four weeks.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups,compared the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,nasal ventilation function,and SNOT-20 scores before and after treatment,and observed adverse drug reactions.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.68%in the study group,which was higher than that of 73.58%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nasal minimum cross-sectional area(NMCA)and nasal cavity volume(NCV)in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the nasal airway resistance was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the NMCA and NCV of the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the nasal airway resistance was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SNOT-20 scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SNOT-20 scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tongqiao Biyan Granules and conv
