补脾疏肝汤联合声音疗法对肝郁脾虚型慢性耳鸣伴焦虑情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾疏肝汤联合声音疗法治疗慢性耳鸣伴焦虑情绪障碍的疗效。方法:选64例肝郁脾虚型慢性耳鸣患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各32例。对照组接受声音疗法治疗,治疗组在声音疗法基础上给予补脾疏肝汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后耳鸣残疾量表(THI)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及中医证候积分的变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组THI、VAS、SAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组上述3项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为78.13%,对照组为53.13%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补脾疏肝汤联合声音疗法治疗慢性耳鸣效果较好,能减轻耳鸣症状,缓解焦虑情绪,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination use of Bupi Shugan Decoction and sound therapy on chronic tinnitus complicated with anxiety.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic tinnitus of liver constraint and spleen deficiency type were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sound therapy,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Bupi Shugan Decoction in addition to the sound therapy.The changes of scores of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of THI,VAS and SAS in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were dwindled when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 78.13%in the treatment group and 53.13%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination use of Bupi Shugan Decoction and sound therapy has a good curative effect on chronic tinnitus,which can reduce the symptoms of tinnitus,relieve the anxiety and improve the quality of life.
