温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤联合常规西药对颅脑外伤后眩晕的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析常规西医治疗颅脑外伤后眩晕的基础上联合温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2023年12月江苏省连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的64例颅脑外伤后眩晕患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为两组,各32例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用常规西药+温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。比较两组眩晕障碍程度评分、治疗有效性及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组眩晕障碍程度评分为(8.26±1.03)分,低于对照组的(15.75±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=29.371,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗颅脑外伤后眩晕时,可在常规西医治疗的基础上加用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤,有助于改善眩晕程度,提高治疗有效性,安全性较佳。Objective To analyze the effect of Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the efficacy of conventional Western medicine in the treatment of dizziness after traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 64 patients with dizziness after traumatic brain injury admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment plan,they were divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine+Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.The scores of dizziness disorder,therapeutic efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of dizziness disorder in the observation group was(8.26±1.03)points,which was lower than(15.75±1.01)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=29.371,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dizziness after traumatic brain injury,Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can be added on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,which is helpful to improve the degree of dizziness,improve the effectiveness of treatment,and have better safety.
