自拟通络定颤汤联合多巴丝肼片治疗中早期帕金森病阴虚风动证的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探析中早期阴虚风动证帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)应用自拟通络定颤汤+多巴丝肼片联合方案的治疗效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年8月翁源县人民医院接收的80例中早期PD患者,并以不同治疗方法分为两组,单一组(n=40)应用巴丝肼片治疗,联合组(n=40)在单一组基础上联合应用自拟通络定颤汤,比较两组临床疗效、帕金森病综合评定量表(Unified Parkinson Dis⁃ease Rating Scale,UPDRS)评分、中医证候积分、39项帕金森病生存质量调查问卷(Parkinson Disease Questionnaire-39,PDQ-39)评分。结果联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),比单一组的80.00%(32/40)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组UPDRS各项评分、中医证候积分中的主症、次症积分、PDQ-39评分均比单一组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对中早期PD患者实施自拟通络定颤汤+多巴丝肼片联合治疗方案,不仅有效缓解患者临床症状,还可提升生活质量,显示出良好治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Parkinson disease(PD)in the middle and early stages of Yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome with the combined regimen of self formulated Tongluo Dingchan Decoction+dopamine hydrazine tablets.Methods Eighty patients with PD in the middle and early stages admitted to Wengyuan County People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by different treatment methods.The single group(n=40)was treated with dopamin hydrazine tablets,and the combined group(n=40)was treated with self formulated Tongluo Dingchan Decoction on the basis of the single group.The clinical efficacy,Parkinson Disease Comprehensive Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Parkinson Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).After treatment,UPDRS scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the main disease,secondary disease scores and PDQ-39 scores in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For the middle and early stages PD patients,the combination of Tongluo Dingchan Decoction and dopamine hydrazine tablets was implemented,which not only effectively alleviated the clinical symptoms of patients,but also improved the quality of life,showing a good therapeutic effect.
