中西医结合对晚期恶性肿瘤患者癌性疼痛症状的改善评价

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者的疗效及对疼痛症状的改善。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月辽源市第二人民医院收治的180例晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象,按不同的治疗方法分为两组,各90例。对照组应用吗啡缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,结合中药汤剂治疗。比较两组不良反应发生率、镇痛效果、生活质量、睡眠质量评定、吗啡缓释片使用量。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为98.89%(89/90),高于对照组的92.22%(83/90),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.709,P=0.030)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量评分、吗啡缓释片使用量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗对于晚期恶性肿瘤癌性疼痛患者有显著效果,可改善患者疼痛症状,减少吗啡缓释片使用量,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumors cancer pain and its effect on pain symptoms.Methods A total of 180 patients with advanced malignant tumors cancer pain admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaoyuan from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by different treatment methods,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with morphine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was on the basis of the control group combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The incidence of adverse reactions,analgesic effect,quality of life,sleep quality score and dosage of morphine sustained-release tablets were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 98.89%(89/90),which was higher than 92.22%(83/90)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.709,P=0.030).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score and the dosage of morphine sustained-release tablets in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect on patients with advanced malignant tumors cancer pain.It can impeove pain symptoms and reduce the dosage of morphine sustained-release tablets,which has clinical application value.
