手法按摩配合生物刺激反馈仪治疗产后乳汁淤积的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究手法按摩配合生物刺激反馈仪治疗产后乳汁淤积的效果。方法选取2019年12月—2023年12月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的400例产后乳汁淤积患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各200例,对照组实施生物刺激反馈仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上开展手法按摩治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、乳房胀痛程度和乳汁淤积情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(196/200),高于对照组的77.50%(155/200),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=39.095,P<0.05)。观察组乳房胀痛程度中度、重度人数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳汁淤积情况轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后乳汁淤积患者采用手法按摩配合生物刺激反馈仪治疗,能明显改善产妇乳汁淤积情况,促进乳汁排出,减轻胀痛程度。Objective To explore the effect of manual massage combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument in the treatment of postpartum milk deposition.Methods A total of 400 patients with postpartum milk deposition admitted to Wuzhong People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biological stimulation feedback instrument,and the observation group was treated with manual massage on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,degree of breast pain and milk deposition were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(196/200),which was higher than 77.50%(155/200)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=39.095,P<0.05).The number of moderate and severe breast swelling in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of milk deposition in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum milk deposition with manual massage combined with biological stimulation feedback instrument,it can significantly improve the maternal milk deposition,promote the discharge of milk and reduce the degree of swelling pain.
