温针灸联合低频电刺激治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究在神经根型颈椎病患者临床治疗中采取温针灸与低频电刺激联合治疗的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院针灸科进行治疗的84例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组予以常规治疗+低频电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、颈椎功能、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的76.19%(32/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.763,P=0.029)。治疗后,两组颈椎病临床评价量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组颈椎功能障碍指数、视觉模拟评分法评分及中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用温针灸与低频电刺激联合治疗神经根型颈椎病患者可提高疗效,改善颈椎功能,缓解疼痛症状。Objective To explore the effect of warming acupuncture combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 84 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture of Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment+low frequency electrical stimulation,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain,cervical spine function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 76.19%(32/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.763,P=0.029).After treatment,the Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the Neck Disability Index,Visual Analogue Scale and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of warming acupuncture and low frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can improve the curative effect,improve cervical spine function and relieve pain symptoms.
