宫腔球囊填塞和宫腔纱布条填塞对产后出血相关临床指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究宫腔球囊填塞和宫腔纱布条填塞对剖宫产产后出血相关临床指标的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2022年10月山东省潍坊市临朐县人民医院收治的90例剖宫产产后出血患者为研究对象,按止血方法的不同分为两组,各45例。对照组实施宫腔纱布条填塞法治疗,观察组实施宫腔球囊填塞法治疗,对比两组填塞前出血量、填塞后12 h出血量、输血量、手术时间、术后住院天数、止血成功率。结果观察组手术时间为(45.69±13.66)min、术后住院天数为(4.03±0.45)d,均短于对照组的(56.87±12.88)min、(4.36±0.52)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.995、3.219,P均<0.05)。观察组止血成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产后出血指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论宫腔球囊填塞与宫腔纱布条填塞治疗剖宫产产后出血患者止血效果相当,但在一定程度上缩短了手术时间及术后住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of intrauterine balloon tamponade and gauze packing of the uterine cavity on clinical indexes related to postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods From August 2020 to October 2022,90 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to Linqu County People's Hospital of Weifang were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different hemostasis methods,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gauze packing of the uterine cavity,and the observation group was treated with intrauterine balloon tamponade.The amount of bleeding before packing,the amount of bleeding 12 hours after packing,the amount of blood transfusion,the operation time,the postoperative hospital stay and the success rate of hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time was(45.69±13.66)min and postoperative hospital stay was(4.03±0.45)d in the observation group,which were shorter than(56.87±12.88)min and(4.36±0.52)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.995,3.219,both P<0.05).The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The hemostatic effect of intrauterine balloon tamponade and gauze packing of the uterine cavity in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is similar,but it shortens the operation time and postoperative hospital stay to a certain extent.
