X线平片与MR影像诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节退行性骨关节病患者分别开展X线平片以及MR影像诊断的临床价值。方法选取2021年3月—2023年12月广州医科大学附属中医医院收治的120例疑似膝关节退行性骨关节病患者为研究对象,临床对所有疑似膝关节退行性骨关节病患者合理展开X线平片诊断以及MR影像诊断工作,将关节镜检查作为金标准,分析两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果完成关节镜检查后,120例疑似患者中阳性80例,阴性40例;完成X线平片诊断后,阳性70例,阴性50例;完成MR影像诊断后,阳性81例,阴性39例。MR影像的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于X线平片,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论同X线平片检查比较,运用MR影像诊断方法实施膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断,可以提供更详细的诊断信息,从而获得更高的诊断效能。Objective To investigate the clinical value of X-ray plain film and MR imaging in the diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthrosis of knee joint.Methods A total of 120 patients suspected of knee degenerative osteoarthropathy admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou Medical University from March 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.X-ray plain film diagnosis and MR imaging diagnosis were carried out reasonably for all suspected knee degenerative osteoarthropathy patients,and arthroscopy was taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficiency of the two methods was analyzed.Results After arthroscopy,80 of the 120 suspected patients were positive and 40 were negative.After X-ray plain film diagnosis,70 cases were positive and 50 cases were negative.After MR imaging diagnosis,81 cases were positive and 39 cases were negative.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of MR image were higher than those of plain X-ray film,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray plain film,MR imaging diagnosis for knee degenerative osteoarthropathy can provide more detailed diagnostic information,so as to obtain higher diagnostic efficiency.
