肌骨超声对膝关节滑膜炎的诊断价值及准确度分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肌骨超声对膝关节滑膜炎的诊断价值。方法选取2023年1—12月赤峰松山医院收治的88例疑似膝关节滑膜炎患者为研究对象,对其展开X线片检查操作以及肌骨超声检查操作,将临床综合诊断作为膝关节滑膜炎诊断金标准,比较X线片检查操作以及肌骨超声的诊断效能及对滑膜病理形态和软骨病变的诊断符合率。结果肌骨超声诊断疑似膝关节滑膜炎患者的特异度为96.43%(27/28)、灵敏度为96.67%(58/60)、准确度为96.59%(85/88),高于X线片的64.29%(18/28)、66.67%(40/60)、65.91%(58/88),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.163、18.033、27.188,P均<0.05)。肌骨超声诊断滑膜病理形态及软骨病变诊断符合率高于X线片,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对膝关节滑膜炎患者在实施临床诊断期间,合理采用肌骨超声方法完成疾病诊断,可对膝关节滑膜炎疾病的早期诊治奠定基础。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in patients with knee synovitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with suspected knee synovitis admitted to Chifeng Songshan Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.X-ray examination and musculoskeletal ultrasound examination were performed on them.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis was used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of knee synovitis.The diagnostic efficacy and diagnostic coincidence rate of synovial pathological morphology and cartilage lesions of X-ray examination and musculoskeletal ultrasound were compared.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of suspected knee synovitis were 96.43%(27/28),96.67%(58/60)and 96.59%(85/88),respectively,which were higher than 64.29%(18/28),66.67%(40/60)and 65.91%(58/88)of X-ray films,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.163,18.033,27.188,all P<0.05).The coincidence rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of synovial pathological morphology and cartilage lesions were higher than those of X-ray,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of patients with knee synovitis,the rational use of musculoskeletal ultrasound method to complete the diagnosis of the disease can lay the foundation for the early diagnosis and treatment of knee synovitis.
