温肺蠲饮膏治疗风痰型儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温肺蠲饮膏治疗风痰型儿童过敏性咳嗽的临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及安全性。方法非随机选择2023年5月—2024年5月寿光市中医院儿科收治的100例风痰型过敏性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为治疗组(n=54)和对照组(n=46),治疗组使用温肺蠲饮膏治疗,对照组行常规治疗方案(孟鲁司特钠+氯雷他定)。对比两组的效果、临床症状改善情况、临床疗效、嗜酸粒细胞水平、总免疫球蛋白E水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平及用药安全性。结果治疗组的总有效率为94.44%(51/54),高于对照组的78.26%(36/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.752,P<0.05)。治疗组患儿的总免疫球蛋白E、嗜酸粒细胞水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组患儿的症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肺蠲饮膏治疗风痰型儿童过敏性咳嗽患儿疗效良好,可有效缓解临床症状,增强患儿免疫功能,纠正免疫平衡失调,且不良反应发生风险低。Objective To investigate the improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and safety of Wenfeijuanyin ointment in treating wind-phlegm type allergic cough in children.Methods A total of 100 children with wind-phlegm-type allergic cough admitted to the Pediatrics Department of Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and divided into treatment group(n=54)and control group(n=46)according to different treatment methods.The treatment group was treated with Wenfejuanyin cream,while the control group received conventional treatment(mondelukide sodium+loratadine).The efficacy,clinical symptom improvement,clinical efficacy,eosinophil level,total immunoglobulin E level,T lymphocyte subsets level and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%(51/54),which was higher than 78.26%(36/46)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.752,P<0.05).The levels of total immunoglobulin E and eosinophils in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The duration of symptom remission in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenfeijuanyin ointment has a good therapeutic effect on wind-phlegm-type allergic cough in children,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance immune function and correct immune imbalance in children,and the risk of adverse reactions is low.
