涌吐泻下汤联合大黄导泻抢救急性药物中毒患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析涌吐泻下汤联合大黄导泻抢救急性药物中毒患者的临床研究。方法非随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月菏泽市立医院收治的86例急性药物中毒患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。所有患者均进行常规补液、吸氧,对照组采用涌吐泻下汤治疗,观察组采用涌吐泻下汤联合大黄导泻治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床相关指标、昏迷量表评分、血清酶及肝肾功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的74.41%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.406,P<0.05);观察组临床相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组抢救4、6、8 h后昏迷量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);抢救后,观察组血清酶及肝肾功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论涌吐泻下汤联合大黄导泻相较于单一用药,可以加快急性药物中毒患者临床指标恢复正常,改善血清酶和肝肾功能。Objective To analyze the clinical study of Tongtuxia-xia Decoction combined with rhubarb to save patients with acute drug poisoning.Methods A total of eighty-six patients with acute drug poisoning treated in Heze Municipal Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with forty-three cases in each group.All patients were given routine fluid rehydration and oxygen inhalation.The control group was treated with Tongtuxia-xia Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Tongtuxia-xia Decoction combined with rhubarb catharsis.The clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes,coma scale scores,serum enzymes and liver and kidney function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),which was higher than 74.41%(32/43)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.406,P<0.05).The relevant clinical indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of coma scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 4,6 and 8 hours of rescue,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After rescue,the serum enzymes and liver and kidney function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single drug,Tongtuxia-xia decoction combined with rhubarb can accelerate the recovery of clinical indexes and improve serum enzyme and liver and kidney function in patients with acute drug poisoning.
