血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析重度有机磷农药中毒的患者采取血液灌流、血液滤过的治疗效力。方法目的选取2020年1月—2022年8月宿迁第三医院收治的83例重度有机磷农药中毒患者纳入研究,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(41例)、观察组(42例)。对照组采取心电监护、洗胃、吸氧、静脉注射解毒剂等传统治疗方式,观察组联合血液灌流、血液滤过治疗。对比两组治疗情况。结果观察组阿托品使用量(162.03±16.62)mg、清醒时间(8.09±3.15)h、胆碱酯酶恢复时间(6.26±1.41)d均优于对照组的(295.64±26.37)mg、(16.23±5.02)h和(12.05±3.46)d,差异有统计学意义(t=27.685、8.871、10.027,P均<0.05);观察组各项肝功能指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗重度有机磷农药中毒有利于改善患者的各项临床症状,恢复患者的肝功能指标至正常水平,效果确切。Objective To analyse the therapeutic effectiveness of hemoperfusion and hemofiltration in patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Eighty-three patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to Suqian Third Hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were included in the study.According to the different treatment methods,they are divided into control group(forty-one cases)and observation group(forty-two cases).The control group only used traditional treatments such as electrocardiomonitoring,gastric lavage,oxygen inhalation and intravenous antidote,and the observation group combined with hemoperfusion and hemofiltration.Compare the treatment situation between two groups.Results The atropine use(162.03±16.62)mg,awake time(8.09±3.15)h,and cholinesterase recovery time(6.26±1.41)d in the observation group were better than(295.64±26.37)mg,(16.23±5.02)h and(12.05±3.46)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=27.685,8.871,10.027,all P<0.05);Liver function measures in the observation group were stronger than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hemoperfusion and hemofiltration in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is beneficial for improving the clinical symptoms,and the liver function recovery effect is more significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
