摘　　要：目的分析他克莫司联合糖皮质激素对难治性肾病综合征(refractory nephrotic syndrome,RNS)患者肾功能、糖脂代谢的影响。方法非随机选取2022年9月—2023年12月江苏省盱眙县人民医院肾内科收治的RNS患者60例为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合他克莫司治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标及糖脂代谢指标。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肾功能、糖脂代谢指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论他克莫司联合糖皮质激素治疗RNS的临床疗效好,可改善肾功能,降低糖脂代谢指标。Objective To analyze the effects of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids on renal function and glycolipid metabolism in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS).Methods Sixty cases of RNS patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology,People's Hospital of Xuyi County,Jiangsu Province,from September 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,each with thirty cases.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids,and the observation group was treated with combined tacrolimus on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy,renal function indexes and glycolipid metabolism indexes of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).After treatment,the kidney function and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids is clinically effective in the treatment of RNS,which can improve renal function and reduce glycolipid metabolic indexes.
