浅表肿物切除术后减张美容缝合术与激光联合治疗对预防术后瘢痕增生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析浅表肿物切除术后减张美容缝合术与激光联合治疗对预防术后瘢痕增生的效果。方法非随机选取聊城市人民医院烧伤整形外科于2022年10月—2023年10月收治的100例浅表肿物切除术患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施减张美容缝合术,观察组实施减张美容缝合术联合激光治疗,比较两组患者的美容效果、瘢痕评分、瘢痕满意度。结果观察组美容总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.444,P<0.05)。观察组瘢痕各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组瘢痕满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论减张美容缝合术与激光联合治疗作为一种有效的预防术后瘢痕增生的治疗方案,可提高瘢痕的整体美容效果,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with laser on preventing scar hyperplasia after excision of superficial masses.Methods A total of 100 patients with superficial mass resection admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of Liaocheng People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with slitting aesthetic suture,while the observation group was treated with slitting aesthetic suture combined with laser therapy.The cosmetic effect,scar score and scar satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cosmetic effect in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.444,P<0.05).All scar scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Scar satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As an effective treatment plan to prevent postoperative scar hyperplasia,the combination of plastic suture and laser therapy can improve the overall cosmetic effect of scar and the patient satisfaction is higher.
