同步放化疗与序贯化放疗在中晚期食管癌患者治疗中应用效果及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的比较同步放化疗、序贯化放疗对中晚期食管癌患者的影响。方法非随机选取2021年9月—2023年9月宁阳县第一人民医院收治的78例中晚期食管癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分成两组,每组39例。对照组行序贯化放疗,观察组行同步放化疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为64.10%(25/39),高于对照组的41.03%(16/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.165,P<0.05);治疗后观察组各肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同步放化疗更能够降低中晚期食管癌患者的肿瘤标志物水平,且无严重不良反应。Objective To compare the effects of synchronous chemoradiotherapy and sequential chemoradiotherapy on patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Seventy-eight patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Ningyang County from September 2021 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with thirty-nine cases each by different treatment method.The control group received sequential chemoradiotherapy,while the observation group received synchronous chemoradiotherapy.Compare the clinical efficacy between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 64.10%(25/39),which was higher than 41.03%(16/39)in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.165,P<0.05);The levels of various tumor markers in the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy can better reduce the levels of tumor markers in patients with advanced esophageal cancer,without serious adverse reactions.
