康复新液冲洗消毒根管的有效性探讨

摘　　要：目的探究对行冲洗消毒根管患者采用康复新液的治疗效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月盐城市第三人民医院收治的80例行冲洗消毒根管治疗的患者。按治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组冲洗采用过氧化氢溶液,消毒采用甲醛甲酚溶液。观察组冲洗采用康复新液2倍稀释液,消毒采用该药浓缩液。比较两组治疗效果、根尖周组织情况、炎性指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。观察组根尖周组织情况、炎性指标水平优对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行冲洗消毒根管患者应用康复新液,能够提高治疗效果,对根尖周组织影响较小,炎性反应低,安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the use of rehabilitation new fluid in patients undergoing rinsing and disinfection of root canals.Methods Eighty cases of patients with rinsed and sterilized root canals admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected non-randomly.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with forty cases in each group.In the control group,hydrogen peroxide solution was used for rinsing and formaldehyde cresol solution was used for disinfection.In the observation group,the rinsing was carried out with rehabilitation new fluid 2 times diluted solution,and the disinfection was carried out with the concentrated solution of the drug.Compared the treatment effect,periapical tissue condition,inflammatory indexes,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).The periapical tissue condition and inflammatory indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation new fluid to patients with rinsed and disinfected root canals improves the therapeutic efficacy,has less impact on periapical tissues,has a low inflammatory response,and has a high degree of safety.
