增液八珍汤在老年习惯性便秘患者中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨增液八珍汤在老年习惯性便秘患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2020年6月—2023年6月南京中医药大学附属徐州市中医院收治的86例老年习惯性便秘患者的临床资料,按照给药方式不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组31例,给予麻仁软胶囊;观察组55例,给予麻仁软胶囊与增液八珍汤。对比两组患者治疗有效率、临床症状、生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.55%(52/55),高于对照组的67.74%(21/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.694,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组每周排便次数(4.29±0.25)次、排便时间(8.46±0.64)min均优于对照组的(3.61±0.21)次、(13.58±1.02)min;观察组大便性状(2.31±0.17)分优于对照组的(2.85±0.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.803、23.674、14.441,P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(86.53±3.99)分,优于对照组的(73.95±2.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.455,P<0.05)。结论在麻仁软胶囊治疗的基础上加用增液八珍汤可显著提高老年习惯性便秘患者的治疗效果和生活质量,可有效改善临床症状。Objective To explore the application value of Zengye Bazhen Decoction in elderly patients with habitual constipation.Methods The clinical data of eighty-six elderly patients with habitual constipation admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different administration methods.Thirty-one patients in the control group were given Maren soft capsules;fifty-five patients in the observation group were given Maren Soft Capsule and Zengye Bazhen Decoction.The treatment efficacy rate,clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than 67.74%(21/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.694,P<0.05).After treatment,the weekly defecation frequency(4.29±0.25)times and defecation time(8.46±0.64)min in the observation group were better than those in the control group(3.61±0.21)times and(13.58±1.02)min;in the observation group,the score of stool traits was 2.31±0.17,which was better than 2.85±0.16 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.803,23.674,14.441,all P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was 86.53±3.99,which was better than 73.95±2.85 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.455,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Maren Soft Capsule treatment,Zengye Bazhen Decoction can significantly improve the treatment effect and quality of life of elderly patients with habitual constipation,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
