火针加普通针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析火针加普通针刺治疗对改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者骨关节炎指数及预后的效果。方法回顾性选取2018年4月—2020年8月诊治于毕节市中医医院针灸科的65例膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式的不同分为对照组(33例)和治疗组(32例),对照组治疗方法为普通针刺,治疗组治疗方法为普通针刺加火针,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者骨关节炎指数评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、2个疗程后,治疗组患者骨关节炎指数评分(82.44±6.14)分、(41.00±4.15)分低于对照组的(96.73±8.05)分、(69.21±6.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.346、8.269,P均<0.05);治疗组患者治疗1、2个疗程后的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨性关节炎患者而言,在普通针刺基础上增加火针治疗,不仅能改善骨关节炎指数,还能全面提升预后效果。Objective To analyze the effect of fire needle combined with ordinary acupuncture treatment on improving the osteoarthritis index and prognosis of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Clinical data of sixty-five patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed and treated in the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion of Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to August 2020 were retrospectively selected,and divided into control group(thirty-three cases)and treatment group(thirty-two cases)according to different treatment methods.The treatment method of the control group was ordinary acupuncture,and the treatment group was ordinary acupuncture plus fire needle.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of osteoarthritis index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of osteoarthritis index in the treatment group 82.44±6.14 and 41.00±4.15 were lower than 96.73±8.05 and 69.21±6.02 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.346,8.269,both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 1 and 2 courses of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis,adding fire needle treatment on the basis of regular acupuncture can not only improve the osteoarthritis index,but also comprehensively enhance the prognosis.
