三黄煎剂联合艾灸对于乳腺癌手术患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三黄煎剂联合艾灸对于乳腺癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法非随机选取2023年6月—2024年5月南京中医药大学附属医院收治的乳腺癌手术患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)。其中对照组采用常规康复锻炼,观察组联合三黄煎剂联合艾灸干预。比较两组肩关节活动度、功能评分以及上肢水肿、皮下积液发生率。结果干预后,观察组肩关节前屈、后伸、外展以及内旋活动度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组肩关节功能评分中疼痛、功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组上肢水肿、皮下积液发生率分别为0、6.67%(2/30),均低于对照组的13.33%(4/30)、26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286、4.320,P均<0.05)。结论三黄煎剂联合艾灸可有效改善乳腺癌手术患者术后关节活动功能,且能降低上肢水肿、皮下积液发生率。Objective To explore the effect of Sanhuang decoction combined with moxibustion on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods From June 2023 to May 2024,sixty patients with breast cancer surgery admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were non-randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to different root treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with Sanhuang decoction combined with moxibustion intervention.The shoulder joint activity,function score and the incidence of upper limb edema and subcutaneous effusion were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the flexion,extension,abduction and internal rotation of shoulder joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of pain and dysfunction in the shoulder joint function score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of upper limb edema and subcutaneous effusion in the observation group were 0 and 6.67%(2/30),respectively,which were lower than 13.33%(4/30)and 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,4.320,both P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang decoction combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the postoperative joint function of patients with breast cancer surgery,and can reduce the incidence of upper limb edema and subcutaneous effusion.
