城乡金融错配对乡村产业振兴的影响研究

摘　　要：基于金融资源配置优化驱动产业发展视角,在理论分析城乡金融错配对乡村产业振兴的影响效果及其传导机制后,探索性构建城乡金融错配程度测算模型,并据此再以2012—2022年我国省际面板数据为样本进行实证检验。经研究发现:我国地区间城乡金融错配程度差异明显;城乡金融错配会导致乡村劳动力外流并抑制乡村创新创业活动的进行,进而阻碍乡村产业振兴;更进一步地,城乡金融错配对劳务输出大省和农业大省乡村产业振兴的影响不明显,但会显著阻碍劳务输入大省和非农业大省的乡村产业振兴。After analyzing the impact and the according mechanism of financial misallocation between urban and rural area on rural industry revitalization from the perspective of finance resource allocation optimization promoting industrial development theoretically,this paper constructed financial misallocation measure model tentatively and thus conducted an empirical test based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022.As is found out,there exit great differences of financial misallocation between urban and rural area among different provinces and the financial misallocation between urban and rural area results in rural labor outflow and hinders rural entrepreneurial vitality,which is bad for rural industry revitalization.Furthermore,the impact of financial misallocation between urban and rural area on rural industry revitalization in labor-export and agricultural provinces is not significant,it will hinder rural industry revitalization in labor-import and non-agricultural provinces.
