摘 要:废电路板剥离出的树脂粉中含有较高含量的铜,铜的测定多采用碘量法测定,而树脂粉中锡含量较高,同时含有大量的有机树脂,现有方法中同时消除树脂粉及锡对铜滴定干扰的分析方法研究应用较少。实验提出碘量法和火焰原子吸收光谱法联合测定树脂粉中铜含量的方法,试验首先采用硝酸分解样品,过滤得到的滤液采用碘量法测定;未溶解的树脂粉、锡及其他不溶物采用混合酸溶解,同时除去有机树脂,在不除锡状态下定容后的溶液采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜含量。试验发现锡对碘量法滴定铜有影响,但对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜无明显影响。按照实验方法测定树脂粉中铜,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.47%~1.59%,加标回收率在99.80%~100.62%。能够满足废电路板剥离出的树脂粉中铜的测定的分析要求。The resin powder extracted from waste circuit board contains a high content of copper,and the determination of copper is mostly determined by iodometry;However,the content of tin in resin powder is relatively high,and there is a large amount of organic resins.There is limited research and application of analytical methods that simultaneously eliminate the interference of resin powder and tin in copper titration.The experiment proposes a method for determining copper content in resin powder using a combination of iodometry and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.First,the sample was decomposed by nitric acid,and the filtrate obtained by filtration was determined by iodimetry.The undissolved resin powder,tin and other insoluble substances are dissolved in a mixed acid,while organic resin is removed.The copper content of the solution without tin was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.It was found that tin had an effect on the titration of copper by iodometry,but had no obvious effect on the determination of copper by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.According to the experimental method,the relative standard deviation(n=7)of copper in resin powder ranged from 0.47%to 1.59%,and the standard recovery rate ranged from 99.80%to 100.62%.Good precision and high accuracy of the method can meet the analysis requirements for determination of copper in resin powder stripped from the waste circuit board.
