摘  要:探讨了利用皮革行业含铬污泥制备三氯化铬的工艺。试验结果表明:烘干后的铬泥在400℃焙烧2 h可有效去除TOC;而后在氧气气氛下,添加1.5倍碳酸钠,700℃焙烧2 h碱熔,水浸,铬的溶出率可达98.5%;所得铬酸钠溶液调pH为5.0,而后加入1.5倍的甲醇,滴加1倍量的盐酸,在103℃下搅拌反应4 h可得到三氯化铬溶液。进一步处理可得到三氯化铬产品,其杂质含量满足行标要求。该工艺实现了皮革行业含铬污泥的资源化利用,具备一定的经济与社会价值。In this study,chromium trichloride was prepared from chromium containing tannery sludge through resource utilization.The experimental results show that TOC was removed by calcining the dried chromium sludge at 400℃for 2 h;Then,under an oxygen atmosphere,alkali melting at 700℃for 2 h with 1.5 times the amount of sodium carbonate.The chromium leaching rate can reach 98.5%by water immersion.The obtained sodium chromate solution was adjusted to pH 5.0,and then adding 1.5 times the amount of methanol and 1 time the amount of hydrochloric acid,the chromium chloride solution was obtained by stirring reaction at 103℃for 4 h.Further processing can obtain chromium chloride crystals,whose impurity content meets the requirements of the industry standard.This process realizes the resource utilization of chromium containing tannery sludge,and has certain economic and social value.
