摘　　要：[目的]建立检测20%螺虫乙酯·呋虫胺SC中有效成分的HPLC分析方法。[方法]采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus-C_(18)反相柱,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(0~4 min体积比15∶85;5~16 min体积比60∶40)为流动相,在波长220 nm条件下检测试样中螺虫乙酯和呋虫胺的浓度。[结果]螺虫乙酯的线性相关系数为0.9998,呋虫胺的线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差均为0.4%,平均回收率分别为99.92%和99.86%。[结论]该方法易操作、精密度和准确度高,适用于复配制剂中螺虫乙酯和呋虫胺的定量分析。[Aims]The HPLC method was established to determine the active ingredients in spirotetramat·dinotefuran 20%SC.[Methods]Acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid solution(0-4 min,volume ratio 15∶85;5-16 min,60∶40,by vol)was used as the mobile phase to detect the concentrations of spirotetramat and dinotefuran by ZORBAX Eclipse Plus-C_(18)reverse phase column and UV detector at 220 nm.[Results]The linear correlation coeficient of spirotetramat was 0.9998,while that of dinotefuran was 0.9999,both the standard deviations of them were 0.4%,and the average recoveries were 99.92%and 99.86%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is simple and convenient.With high precision and accuracy,it is suitable for quantitative analysis of spirotetramat and dinotefuran in formulation.
