摘 要:[目的]评价井冈霉素与种衣剂复配对豇豆枯萎病的防效。[方法]采用室内盆栽试验和田间试验测定了井冈霉素同几种市售种衣剂复配后对豇豆枯萎病的防效以及对豇豆农艺性状的影响。[结果]盆栽试验表明3%井冈霉素悬浮种衣剂与23%吡虫·咯·苯甲悬浮种衣剂复配后对豇豆枯萎病防治效果达73.33%,田间试验进一步验证了井冈霉素对枯萎病防治的增效作用且促进豇豆生长。[结论]3%井冈霉素悬浮种衣剂与23%吡虫·咯·苯甲悬浮种衣剂复配可用于豇豆枯萎病的防治,且具有促生作用。[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the control efficacy of jinggangmycin combined with seed coating agents on cowpea Fusarium wilt disease.[Methods]Laboratory pot tests and field trials were performed to determine the control efficacy of jinggangmycin combined with several commercial seed coating agents on cowpea Fusarium wilt disease,as well as the effect on agronomic traits of cowpea.[Results]The laboratory pot tests showed that the combination of jinggangmycin 3%suspension concentrate for seed dressing and imidacloprid·fludioxonil·difenoconazole 23%suspension concentrate for seed dressing had a control efficacy of 73.33%on cowpea Fusarium wilt.Field trials further verified the synergistic effect of jinggangmycin on the control of cowpea Fusarium wilt and the promotion of the growth of cowpea.[Conclusions]The combination of jinggangmycin 3%suspension concentrate for seed dressing and imidacloprid·fludioxonil·difenoconazole 23%suspension concentrate for seed dressing can be used for cowpea Fusarium wilt control and has a promoting effect on plant growth.
