小乳腺癌的超声造影特征与病理组织学分级的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小乳腺癌的超声造影特征与病理组织学分级的关系。方法:回顾性收集146例小乳腺癌患者,根据其病理组织学分级分为低级别组和高级别组。先对小乳腺癌患者的超声造影特征进行单因素分析,然后对单因素分析中具有统计学差异的参数进行多因素分析。结果:低级别组99例,高级别组47例。多因素回归分析结果显示,小乳腺癌造影特征中穿支血管、高增强、边界不清是其病理组织学分级为高级别的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:小乳腺癌的部分超声造影特征与病理组织学分级具有相关性,对于预测小乳腺癌的预后具有一定的意义。Purpose:To explore the relationship between contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)characteristics and histopathological grade of small breast cancer.Methods:A total of 146 patients with small breast cancer were collected retrospectively.According to the histopathological grade,the patients were divided into low-grade group and high-grade group.The CEUS characteristics of small breast cancer were analyzed using univariate analysis,and the parameters with statistically significant differences in univariate analysis were then analyzed using multivariate analysis.Result:There were 99 cases in the low-grade group and 47 cases in the high-grade group.The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that the CEUS features including perforator vessels,high enhancement and unclear boundary were independent risk factors for high histopathological grade(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Some of the CEUS characteristics of small breast cancer are correlated with histopathological grade,which has of certain significance in predicting the prognosis of small breast cancer.
