重整生成油脱烯烃催化剂HDO-18活性降低的原因分析及对策

摘  要:120×10^(4)t/a连续重整装置重整生成油脱烯烃催化剂在运行过程中活性降低,因下游芳烃装置未设置白土塔,出现芳烃产品苯酸洗比色超标现象,通过技改,投用停用的芳烃抽提白土塔流程,芳烃产品稳定合格,但白土存在使用周期短、更换频繁和废弃的白土污染环境等特点,综合成本较高。通过对脱烯烃催化剂活性降低的原因进行分析,认为可能的原因为催化剂硫中毒、催化剂积炭、催化剂金属沉积中毒等,通过对卸出后的催化剂进行分析,初步认为催化剂上的积炭对催化剂产生影响,装置腐蚀造成一定程度的金属中毒。为不停工处理,尝试探索其他脱烯烃剂替代脱烯烃催化剂、使用闲置的钯炭催化剂替代脱烯烃催化剂及脱烯烃催化剂在线还原等方案,均不能达到预期效果。在不影响全厂物料平衡的情况下,对脱烯烃催化剂进行器外再生、还原,脱烯烃催化剂活性恢复。During the operation of a 1.2Mt/a continuous reforming unit,the activity of catalysts for removing olefins from reformate decreased.Since there was no clay tower in the downstream aromatics unit,the acid wash color of benzene product exceeded the standard.Through technological transformation,the out-of-use clay tower process for aromatics extraction was put into use again,and stable and on-spec aromatics products were produced.However,the characteristics of white clay,such as short service life,frequent replacement and environmental pollution caused by discarded white clay,resulted in high comprehensive costs.By analyzing the reasons for the decrease in activity of the olefin removal catalyst,it was believed that the possible reasons include catalyst sulfur poisoning,catalyst carbon deposition and catalyst metal deposition poisoning.Through the analysis on the discharged catalysts,it was preliminarily concluded that the carbon deposition on catalysts has an effect on the catalysts and the corrosion of unit causes a certain degree of metal poisoning.In order to restore the activity of catalysts without shutting down the unit,some alternative solutions were explored,such as replacing HDO-18 with other olefin removal catalysts,replacing HDO-18 with idle palladium carbon catalysts and the online reduction of HDO-18,but none of them can achieve the expected results.Ex-situ regeneration and reduction of HDO-18 was carried out without affecting the overall material balance,and the activity of the olefin removal catalyst was restored.
