摘 要:将废水中的铀转化为稳定的人造含铀矿物能够有效降低铀的迁移污染,而铁氧化物因其无污染、成矿简单,被认为是铀矿化去除的理想载体,在处理含铀废水方面具有稳定高效的优点。但如何在含铀废水中原位合成铁氧化物并同步固定铀面临巨大挑战,其难点之一就是铁的变价特性易受到溶液氧化还原电位的影响,从而形成复合铁氧化物降低铀的固定效果。本文提出以氧化还原电位作为铁氧化物矿化含铀废水过程中的工艺参数,对比了三种典型阴离子体系下氧化还原电位的变化及其对铀去除率的影响。实验结果表明,氧化还原电位与铀去除率变化趋势一致,在氯离子体系下,还原环境可以生成更适合矿化除铀的磁铁矿,铀去除率能够到达98%。The conversion of uranium from wastewater to stable artificial uranium-containing mineral can effectively reduce the migration pollution of uranium,while iron oxide is considered to be an ideal carrier for uranium mineralization removal due to its pollution-free and simple mineralization,and has advantages of stability and efficiency in the treatment of uranium-containing wastewater.However,how to synthesize iron oxide in situ and fix uranium simultaneously in uranium-containing wastewater faces great challenges.One of the difficulties is that the variable valence of iron is easily affected by the oxidation-reduction potential of the solution,which results in the fixing effect of the composite iron oxide to reduce uranium.In this study,the change of oxidation-reduction potential and its effect on the removal rate of uranium in three typical anion systems were compared by using oxidation-reduction potential as the technological parameter in the process of iron oxide mineralization uranium containing wastewater.The experimental results show that the change trend of oxidation-reduction potential is consistent with that of uranium removal rate.In the chloride ion system,magnetite which is more suitable for uranium mineralization and removal rate can reach 98%can be formed in the reduction environment.
