摘 要:依托实际工程案例,探讨大块组合钢模板翻模技术在桥梁门式墩施工中的应用,确定施工方案,分析其施工及质量控制要点,并对工程质量进行检测。结果表明:大块组合钢板翻模技术施工质量达到规范标准;混凝土表层平滑、色泽统一,优良率达100%;相较于传统翻模施工技术,该技术可大幅减少接茬筋使用量,降低成本,缩短施工周期,可在桥梁墩柱施工中推广应用。Taking the actual project as a case for study,the application of large composite steel formwork dieturning technology in the construction of bridge portal piers is discussed.The construction plan is determined,the key points of construction and quality control are analyzed.Finally,the project quality is tested.The results show that the construction quality of the technology reaches the standard.The surface of the concrete is smooth and the color is uniform with the excellent and good rate coming up to 100%.Compared with the traditional casting construction technology,steel formwork die-turning technology greatly reduces the amount of stubble reinforcement,cutting down the cost and shortening the construction period.It can be widely applied in the construction of bridge pier column.
