数字基础设施缩小城乡收入差距的效应研究

摘　　要：数字基础设施建设为缩小城乡收入差距提供了新动能,明晰数字基础设施影响城乡收入差距的作用机制对完善数字乡村发展战略,实现城乡共同富裕具有重要意义。在数字基础设施缩小城乡收入差距理论机制分析基础上进行计量检验,发现:数字基础设施建设显著缩小了城乡收入差距,尤其是显著促进了农村居民的工资性收入、财产性收入和转移性收入的增加。机制检验表明,数字基础设施缩小城乡收入差距的核心作用机制是通过信息扩展效应、就业创造效应、人力资本提升效应来实现的。门槛效应检验表明,当市场化程度、人力资本和物理基础设施水平提高时,数字基础设施缩小城乡收入差距的作用会明显增强。研究结论为理解数字基础设施与城乡收入差距的关系提供新的视角和经验证据,为促进城乡共同富裕提供重要政策参考。Digital infrastructure construction provides new impetus for narrowing the urban-rural income gap.Elucidating the mechanism through which digital infrastructure affects the urban-rural income gap,therefore,is of great significance for optimizing the strategy of digital rural development and achieving common prosperity between urban and rural areas.Based on theoretical analysis of the mechanism of narrowing the urban-rural income gap by digital infrastructure construction,empirical tests reveal that the construction of digital infrastructure significantly reduces the urban-rural income gap;and particularly it significantly raises rural residents’wage income,property income,and transfer income.The mechanism tests indicate that the core mechanism that lies behind is achieved through the impacts of information expansion,job creation,and enhancement of human capital.The threshold effect tests show that the role of digital infrastructure is significantly enhanced when the level of marketization,human capital,and physical infrastructure improves.The research findings provide a new perspective and empirical evidence for understanding the relationship between digital infrastructure and the urban-rural income gap,and offer reference for promoting common prosperity between urban and rural areas.
