摘 要:【目的】为了研究基于多流道液冷板的储能电池模块温度特性,设计了高效散热的液冷储能电池模块。【方法】采用仿真模拟方法,建立液冷储能电池模块流—固耦合模型,分析液冷储能电池模块在1 P充放电功率下的冷却液流场和电池温度场的分布特性,并结合试验进行验证。【结果】该液冷储能电池模块以额定功率1 P充放电时,电池单体表面最大温升为12.5℃,最大温差为3.2℃。【结论】该液冷储能电池模块具有良好的温度控制能力,可为大容量储能系统的热管理设计提供借鉴。[Purposes]In order to study temperature characteristics of energy storage battery module based on multi-channel liquid-cooled plate,this paper designed efficient heat dissipation liquid-cooled en-ergy storage battery module.[Methods]The fluid-solid coupling model of liquid-cooled energy storage battery module was established by simulation method.The distribution characteristics of coolant flow field and battery temperature field of liquid-cooled energy storage battery module under 1 P charging and discharging power were analyzed and verified by experiments.[Findings]When the liquid-cooled energy storage battery module was charged and discharged at 1 P,the maximum temperature rise of bat-teries was 12.5℃and the maximum temperature difference was 3.2℃.[Conclusions]The result indi-cated that the liquid-cooled energy storage battery module had good temperature control ability,which could provide reference for the thermal management design of the energy storage system.
