摘 要:【目的】人字齿轮是工程应用中重要的传动零件,结构相对复杂,本研究通过SolidWorks二次开发设计人字齿轮参数化建模系统,以期提高人字齿轮建模的效率和精度。【方法】根据范成法齿轮加工原理,建立渐开线轮廓曲线的数学模型,并基于VB平台,通过调用API程序对SolidWorks进行二次开发。【结果】建立人字齿轮参数化建模系统,实现了人字齿轮模型建立的便捷性。【结论】简化了人字齿轮建模过程,提高了绘图效率,研究成果为渐开线类齿轮零部件的计算机辅助设计提供了一定的参考。[Purposes]Herringbone gear is an important transmission part in engineering application,and its structure is relatively complex.In this study,the parametric modeling system of herringbone gear is designed through the secondary development of SolidWorks in order to improve the efficiency and accu-racy of herringbone gear modeling.[Methods]According to the principle of generating gear machining,the mathematical model of involute profile curve is established.Based on VB platform,SolidWorks is re-developed by calling API program.[Findings]The parametric modeling system of herringbone gear is es-tablished to realize the convenience of the establishment of herringbone gear model.[Conclusions]This study simplified the modeling process,improved drawing efficiency,and provided certain reference value for computer-aided design of involute gear components.
