摘  要:【目的】研究影响磷酸盐修补材料干缩的因素。【方法】通过胶砂试验,研究硼砂掺量、水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、胶砂比、集料种类对磷酸盐修补材料的干缩率的影响。【结果】试验结果表明,硼砂掺量越大,水胶比越大,胶砂比越大,则胶砂的干燥收缩率也越大;石英砂的胶砂收缩值要比钢渣小,掺入适量粉煤灰可以减少磷酸盐修补材料的干缩。【结论】研究成果可为磷酸盐修补材料的配合比设计提供依据和参考。[Purposes]This paper studies the influence factors of dry shrinkage phosphate repair materi-als.[Methods]Through the mortar test,the effects of borax content,water-binder ratio,fly ash content,mortar ratio and aggregate type on the dry shrinkage rate of phosphate repair materials were studied.[Findings]The results showed that the greater the borax content,the greater the ratio of cement to sand,the greater the water-cement ratio,the greater the dry shrinkage of cement sand;the mortar shrinkage value of quartz sand is smaller than that of steel slag,and the addition of appropriate fly ash could reduce the dry shrinkage of phosphate repair materials.[Conclusions]The research results can provide basis and reference for the mix ratio design of phosphate repair materials.
