摘　　要：【目的】构建面向专利转化的民办高校图书馆专利挖掘服务模式,推动民办高校图书馆更系统更高层次地满足核心用户在专利转化过程中的专利信息需求,提高专利信息服务质量,促进专利转移转化。【方法】结合现有技术以及专利信息服务模式的研究现状,分析面向专利转化的民办高校图书馆专利挖掘服务模式的构建原则和构成要素。【结果】从资源层、技术层、服务应用层构建面向专利转化的民办高校图书馆专利挖掘服务模式,并提出相应的发展策略。【结论】面向专利转化的民办高校图书馆专利挖掘服务模式为民办高校师生、科研团队和学生创业团队获取专利转化过程中所需的专利信息资源提供了渠道,有助于推动民办高校的科研成果转化,实现产学研合作。[Purposes]Constructing a patent mining service model for private college libraries oriented to-wards patent transformation is beneficial for promoting private college libraries to meet the patent infor-mation needs of core users in the patent transformation process from a more systematic and higher-level perspective,improving the quality of patent information services,and promoting the transfer and transfor-mation of patents.[Methods]By combining existing technologies and the research status of patent infor-mation service models,the construction principles and constituent elements of the patent mining service model for private college libraries oriented towards patent transformation are analyzed.[Findings]A pat-ent mining service model for private college libraries oriented towards patent transformation is con-structed from the resource layer,technology layer,and service application layer,and corresponding de-velopment strategies are proposed.[Conclusions]The construction of the patent mining service model for private college libraries oriented towards patent transformation provides channels for private college teachers and students,research teams,and student entrepreneurship teams to obtain the patent informa-tion resources needed in the patent transformation process,and helps promote the transformation of sci-entific research achievements in private colleges and the realization of industry-university-research co-operation.
