摘　　要：进一步全面深化改革,是党的十八届三中全会以来全面深化改革的实践续篇,也是新时代新征程推进中国式现代化的时代新篇。围绕中国式现代化理论体系,进一步全面深化改革是新时代中国共产党的重大政治议题。党的二十届三中全会重申了中国式现代化的本质要求,丰富了中国式现代化理论体系,提出了中国式现代化的鲜明标识。这些新思想、新观点、新论断,为强国建设和民族复兴提供了理论遵循。进一步全面深化改革为中国式现代化提供了强大动力和制度保障。依靠进一步全面深化改革,中国共产党能够增强人民主体力量,能够增强化解社会矛盾的能力,能够促进体制机制的优化,能够增强防范重大风险的本领。新时代新征程,中国共产党要从改革原则、根本保证、方法遵循、精神鼓舞等角度,优化进一步全面深化改革的路径,进而保证中国式现代化行稳致远。Further comprehensively deepening reform is a continuation of the practice of comprehensively deepening reform since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,and also a new phase in the new era and new journey to advance the Chinese modernization.It is a major political issue for the CPC in the new era to further comprehensively deepen reform around the theoretical system of the Chinese modernization.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC reaffirms the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization,enriches the theoretical framework of Chinese modernization,and proposes the distinctive markers of Chinese path to modernization.These new ideas,perspectives,and conclusions provide theoretical guidance for building a strong nation and achieving national rejuvenation.Further comprehensive deepening of reform provides powerful momentum and institutional safeguards for Chinese modernization.Through further comprehensive reform,the Communist Party of China can strengthen the people’s role as the main force,enhance the ability to resolve social contradictions,promote the optimization of systems and mechanisms,and improve its capacity to prevent major risks.On the new journey in the new era,the Communist Party of China must optimize the path of further comprehensive deepening of reform from the perspectives of reform principles,fundamental guarantees,methodological adherence,and spiritual encouragement,thus ensuring that Chinese modernization advances steadily and sustainably.
