摘 要:介电材料广泛应用于电子、化工、能源等领域,介电材料的性质和状态对产品的稳定性十分重要。微波技术具有安全、非接触、高效率等特点,非常适用于介电材料的无损检测。本文综述了近年来介电材料微波无损检测的研究进展。首先介绍了介电材料的微波无损检测原理,其次论述了微波技术对几种典型介电材料的无损检测,概括了微波无损检测技术在介电材料中的应用,最后展望了介电材料微波无损检测技术的发展前景。Dielectric materials are widely used in electronics,chemicals,energy and other fields,and their properties and states are very important for the stability of products.Microwave technology is very suitable for non-destructive testing of dielectric materials,with its safety,non-contact,and high-precision characteristics.This article reviews the research progress of microwave non-destructive testing of dielectric materials in recent years.Firstly,the principle of microwave non-destructive testing of dielectric materials is introduced.Secondly,the non-destructive testing of several typical dielectric materials using microwave technology is discussed.The applications of microwave non-destructive testing in dielectric materials are summarized.Finally,the development prospects of microwave non-destructive testing technology for dielectric materials are prospected.
