摘　　要：江苏省是工业锅炉制造和使用大省,标准体系是标准化管理和产业发展规划的基础,建立完善的工业锅炉标准体系对江苏省工业锅炉的发展十分重要。本文通过分析国内外工业锅炉标准化现状和趋势,依据GB/T 13016—2018的相关要求,从工业锅炉行业全生命周期的维度,构建包含通用基础共性标准、设计标准、制造标准、安装标准、使用标准、改造维修标准、检验检测标准共2个层级7个方面的工业锅炉标准体系。本项工作将为工业锅炉标准化工作提供参考,助力江苏省乃至我国工业锅炉产业的健康可持续发展。Jiangsu is a major province of industrial boiler manufacture and use.Standard system is the basis of standardization management and industrial development planning.Therefore,it is very important to establish a perfect standard system for industrial boiler development in Jiangsu province.By analyzing the current situation and trend of industrial boiler standardization at home and abroad,according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 13016:2018,this paper provides the framework of industrial boiler standard system,which mainly includes 2 levels and 7 aspects:general basic common standards,design standards,manufacturing standards,installation standards,use standards,alteration and repair standards,inspection and testing standards from the dimension of the whole life cycle of industrial boiler industry.This work can provide reference for the standardization of industrial boiler industry and promote the healthy sustainable development of the industry in Jiangsu province and even the whole country.
