摘  要:由于铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶(Ⅲ型瓶)具有轻量化、强度高等优点,在氢燃料电池汽车、呼吸器用复合气瓶等领域应用广泛。为实现在不拆卸气瓶条件下检验Ⅲ型瓶的安全状况,本文在试验气瓶上制作了缺陷进行试验研究,验证了工业CT技术用于Ⅲ型瓶缺陷检测的可行性,指出探索工艺参数设置和缺陷识别是下一步的研究方向。Due to the advantages of lightweight and high strength,fully-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced cylinders with an aluminum liner(type iii cylinders)are widely used in fields such as hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and composite cylinders for breathing apparatus.In order to achieve the safety condition inspection of type III cylinders without disassembling the gas cylinders,this article conducted experimental research on defects made on the test gas cylinders,verifying the feasibility of industrial CT technology used for defect detection of type III cylinders.It is pointed out that exploring process parameter settings and defect recognition is the next research direction.
