摘  要:通过试验研制了一种基于激光传感器的压力容器内径自动测量仪。通过蓝牙数据传输,测量进度与数据可实时可视化。自动测量仪通过接管伸入筒体内部进行360°扫描测量,解决了无法进入压力容器内部时的测量问题。通过智能算法,测量杆与筒体中心轴线无须重合即可实现准确测量,解决了不确定测量数据为容器同一直径断面的问题。经与内径千分尺对800~1600 mm内径的压力容器进行测量比对验证,内径自动测量仪的测量结果准确可靠,相对误差不超过0.17%。Through experimental research,an automatic measuring instrument has been developed based on laser sensors.The measurement process and data can be visualized in real-time through Bluetooth data transmission.The automatic measuring instrument can be extended into the cylinder through the connecting pipe for 360°scanning measurement,solving the measurement difficulties of the pressure vessel which are unable to enter the interior.The accurate measurement can be achieved without overlapping the central axis of the measuring rod and the cylinder,also the uncertainty difficulty of whether the measurement data comes from the same diameter cross-section of the container was overcame by an intelligent algorithms.after the verification of pressure vessels with an inner diameter micrometer measuring 800~1600 mm,the conclusion can be confirmed that the measurement results of the inner diameter automatic measuring instrument are accurate and reliable with the relative error less than 0.17%.
