摘 要:随着国家2030年碳达峰、2060年碳中和政策的提出,新能源在电力行业的占比必将逐步增加,新能源发电的不稳定性对电站锅炉提出了深度快速频繁调峰的需求,而锅炉调峰过程中最主要的就是调整锅炉的燃烧工况。所以,本文对与电站锅炉燃烧息息相关的炉膛温度测量方法进行了深入研究,探究了水冷壁背火侧、向火侧以及炉膛断面温度的测量方法;在此基础上,从部件、维保和运行安全三方面提出了电站锅炉燃烧安全评价方法,助力电站锅炉安全调峰运行。The proposal of the national carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutral policy in 2060 will lead to a gradual increase in the proportion of new energy in the power industry.The instability of new energy power generation necessitates deep,rapid,and frequent peak regulation of power station boilers.The most crucial aspect of boiler peak regulation is adjusting the combustion condition.Therefore,this paper deeply explores furnace temperature measurement methods closely related to the combustion of power plant boilers,including water wall fire side,back side,and furnace section temperature measurement methods.Building on this foundation,a combustion safety evaluation method for power plant boilers is proposed from three aspects:component,maintenance,and operation safety.It is hoped that it can assit the power plant boiler safe peak operation.
