超大面积抗风罩网及铝单板修复安装施工技术

摘　　要：以湛江奥林匹克体育中心场馆修复项目为案例,针对遭受台风过后体育馆屋面修复,提出了以下方案,在原屋面结构上新增一层面积巨大的不锈钢方通抗风罩网作为加强骨架,并通过Z形件固定在钢索上,表面装饰铝单板通过加密角码和不锈钢自攻钉固定在罩网上,解决了不锈钢方通罩网及作为表面装饰的铝单板的安装施工难题。Taking the Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center venue restoration project as a case study,a new layer of stainless steel square wind resistant mesh with a huge area was proposed to be added to the original roof structure as a strengthening skeleton for the repair of the gymnasium roof after a typhoon.It was fixed to the steel cable with Z-shaped pieces,and the surface decorative aluminum veneer was fixed to the mesh with encrypted corner codes and stainless steel self tapping nails,solving the installation and construction problems of stainless steel square mesh and aluminum veneer as surface decoration.
