摘　　要：随着可持续发展理念的深入人心,建筑行业越来越重视新型绿色环保建筑材料的应用。这些材料在降低环境污染、提高资源利用率、改善建筑品质等方面具有显著优势,但同时也对建筑工程造价管理提出了新的挑战。通过分析新型绿色环保建筑材料在原材料选择、建筑成本、环境影响和工程造价管理等方面的影响,提出完善管理制度、优化投资方案、加强价格管理、强化全过程造价管理、加大技术创新等对策建议,以期更好地发挥新型绿色环保建筑材料的优势,促进建筑行业的可持续发展。With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,the construction industry is increasingly emphasizing the application of new green and environmentally friendly building materials.These materials have significant advantages in reducing environmental pollution,improving resource utilization,and enhancing building quality,but at the same time,they also pose new challenges to construction cost management.The article analyzes the impact of new green and environmentally friendly building materials on raw material selection,construction costs,environmental impact,and engineering cost management.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as improving management systems,optimizing investment plans,strengthening price management,enhancing whole process cost management,and increasing technological innovation,in order to better leverage the advantages of new green and environmentally friendly building materials and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
