摘　　要：《中华人民共和国专利法》规定发明专利申请需要进行实质审查。对发明专利申请进行相应的检索是发明专利实质审查过程中的一个十分重要的步骤,专利检索的结果很大程度上会影响发明专利申请最终是走向授权还是驳回。结合相关案例,从语义分词的调整、语义基准的重新制定以及语义基准的加工撰写三方面,分析了智能检索系统语义检索的应用场景。该研究结果有助于审查员提高对智能检索系统语义检索的认识,从而实现高效准确的检索。The patent laws specify that an inventive patent application requires substantial examination.Corresponding retrieval of an inventive patent application is an important step in the process of substantial examination of an inventive patent,to a large extent,the results of the patent search will affect whether the invention patent application eventually goes to grant or dismiss.This document combines related cases,writing a three-way shallow conversation intelligent retrieval system semantic retrieval application analysis from the adjustment of semantic participation,reformulation of semantic benchmarks,and machining of semantic benchmarks helps reviewers improve awareness of intelligent retrieval system semantic retrieval,thereby enabling efficient and accurate retrieval.
