黄金射频微针联合A型肉毒毒素注射及rhEGF凝胶治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究黄金射频微针联合注射A型肉毒毒素及外涂重组人表皮生长因子(Recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)凝胶治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果。方法:研究者筛选出苏州和常州美莱美容医院2021年7月-2022年7月接诊的面部痤疮愈后形成瘢痕的患者共63例,并采用随机数字表法划分为研究组(n=31)和对照组(n=32)两小组。对照组选用黄金射频微针联合外涂rhEGF凝胶作为常规治疗,而研究组则在此基础上注射A型肉毒毒素联合治疗。治疗后,比较两组痤疮瘢痕修复的临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕评估量表权重评分、各种不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗期间对照组不良反应发生率(18.75%)高于研究组(12.9%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者治疗后的总有效率为90.32%,高于对照组的65.63%(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的ECCA评分值小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:A型肉毒毒素注射结合黄金射频微针及rhEGF凝胶治疗痤疮瘢痕有较高的疗效,其能在保证安全性的基础上,改善痤疮后遗症。Objective To study the cosmetic effect of microneedling fractional radiofrequency combined with botulinum toxin type A and Recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)gel in the treatment of acne scar.Methods Sixty-three patients with facial acne and facial atrophic acne scars in the author's hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and assigned into two groups using random number table method.Control group(n=32)received microneedling fractional radiofrequency combined with rhEGF gel,while study group(n=31)was received combined with botulinum toxin type A.Then the clinical efficacy,Échelle d'Évaluation Clinique Des Cicatrices d'Acné(ECCA)score,and adverse reaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in control group(18.75%)was slightly higher than that in study group(12.9%),with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The overall efficacy rate was 90.32%in study group,which was higher than 65.63%in control group(P<0.05).Study group scored lower on ECCA than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of botulinum toxin type A combined with microneedling fractional radiofrequency and rhEGF gel in the treatment of acne scars can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and has a good safety profile.
